This is our page dedicated to one of the most imfamous teams in crap can racing history.

Crap Can Racing is budget racing at its best. Created for teams to build and race their $500 car. Our series of choice is the ChumpCar World Series. From the ChumpCar website:

"Welcome to ChumpCar – North America’s home for $500 race cars and 24 hour endurance road racing. This series is for gear-heads; for people who love driving and driving fast. It’s for grassroots race teams and almost-race-ready cars. ChumpCar is a throw-back to the era when racing was fun and cheap… when Bondo beat carbon-fiber; when a crescent wrench was the most valuable tool in your box; when home-made engineering made everyone sit up and take notice; and when adding a little theme to your car didn’t get you laughed out of the pit. "

We have taken ChumpCar's philosophy and truly embraced it. We currently have four fine examples of what mechanical talent fueled by liquid encouragement can bring. The USS Enterprise, Sanford & Son Racing, SuperDuperSupra, and the USS POS  are either running or hope to be running soon!

WE'RE BACK BITCHES!!!
After a long winter, it was great to have the team back together at VIR! It was a bitter-sweet weekend as we said good bye to one of our favorite cars - The USS POS. She was sold to another team to love and cherish... I mean whip and abuse like a stepchild. She treated us well and I know she will do the same for them. The remaining cars did well (despite a broken panhard bar on the Enterprise) at VIR - North. The Supra finished in the top 20  with the Enterprise and S&S Truck finishing just outside the top 20. Not too bad considering the penalty laps and down time for repairs!
We will be back at the en d of May for the Daytona Race with the Enterprise & the Supra. It is going to be a long haul, but that is why god made beer... right?
Also be sure to pick up the May 2012 edition of Grassroots Motorsports. The S&S truck is a feature article!!!
